The list of finalists for the 2021 Employer Brand Management Awards has been announced. The panel of expert judges selected the best applications demonstrating an impressive and successful employer brand over the past 18 months.

The employer brand is at the heart of every organization because it is the key to attracting, engaging and retaining talent. The past year has truly shown the power of a strong employer brand to support individuals and teams through the challenges of the pandemic.

Andrew Thomas, publisher of the communications magazine and founder of the awards, says: “This year’s Employer Brand Management Awards have reached a new high. It was a banner year for entries, but what impressed the judges so much was the caliber of entries. The competition has been fierce. I know the shortlisted companies are ready for a fabulous employer branding celebration on September 15th.

With over 20 categories, the shortlist celebrates excellence across a range of industries, channels and strategies. Among last year’s winners were the Metropolitan Police and Tonic Agency which won the prestigious Grand Prix. The winners of the 2021 “Grand Prix” and the “Best Creative Execution of the Employer Brand” will be announced at the official awards ceremony.
